Roping Saddles
Roping saddles are designed for maximum freedom of movement and stability of the rider during tight turns and other maneuvers. Roping saddles have deep seats with forward hanging fenders to allow good balance. Strong horns and trees are neccesary to stand up to heavy pulling and the rigging must also be strong and pull from the top of the tree bars. Seats must give good grip and are often suede or rough leather. Swells are low to minimise the leverage on the horn of the rope.
